Meadowdale PRG meeting minutes

Attendance: Board members-Tina, Dena, Kattrina, Christi  
                  Non-board members-Stacy, Tina, Tim, Krista

Meeting called to order 7:06pm

Tina and Dena approved May 2023 minutes

Tina (board member) spoke about looking for a new treasurer to "intern" with her since this is her last year.  She would like to have someone ready to takeover
for the 24-25 school year.

Went over with non-board members what our objectives/goals/events are as the PRG.

Talked about there still being an interest from Roberto (Student intervention coord.) in a basketball hoop.  PRG and Sports boosters are still waiting on details
from him in order to move forward with monetory donations.

Tresures report final for 22-23 school year was $6117.91 total
                                        PRG $4457.47
                                        Class of 2024 $1660.44
                                        Class of 2023 $0 (monies left over from last year were moved to Class of 2024 fund)

Christi talked about our main fund raiser event, "Pass the Pants" at Curriculum night which is this Thursday, October 5th.

Discussed indiviual class fundraising and how the PRG helps with keeping the monies and by advertising indiviual events on the PRG Facebook page.
